Northern Vision Realty Advisors is a full service boutique real estate brokerage company based in Vancouver, Canada. We have over 25 years of established experience and connections.

We promote projects on behalf of Landlords in Vancouver, the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

We represent tenants under mandated assignments to locate and expand as well as lease and sell, some across Canada, others more localized or regional.

Our approach is personal. While we certainly use the usual electronic methods, we would much rather pick up the phone, set up meetings and do our best to get everyone in the room to get the deal done.

We love what we do and continually expand our connections, our knowledge and ultimately our family of clients, associates and friends. We recognize the importance of being connected to our communities and are members of the Chambers of Commerce where we live, local business associations, and participate in community events to strengthen our ties to ensure a participatory understanding of the market.

Our vast network encompasses international tenants, investors and developers world-wide as well as local professionals including mom and pop merchants and businesses.

Our principal, Michael Anderson, has been active in commercial real estate since 1985 and currently resides in North Vancouver. Previously, Michael lived in South Delta for 15 years.

Michael Anderson, President and Managing Broker, has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage, asset management, leasing, brokerage and consulting. He has served as asset manager for a large retail portfolio in BC and worked abroad. Michael is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC), BC Shopping Centre Association (BCSCA) and the Real Estate Institute of B.C. (RI). He is also a member of several Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations in the communities where Northern Vision does business. Michael currently resides in North Vancouver. Previously, Michael has lived in South Delta, Langley, Vancouver, Richmond and Cancun. He boasts achievements in sports as player, trainer and coach. He volunteers at his children's school and actively participates in community fundraisers and causes.

Gloria McQuaid, Commercial Real Estate Agent, with Northern Vision since 2008. She was born and raised in Vancouver BC. Gloria's extensive business and life experiences directly contribute to her ability to successfully broker transactions on behalf of tenants and landlords, with a business background in construction and design-related industries, including project management for residential home renovations. Gloria resides in North Vancouver and has lived in Vancouver, Squamish, Puerto Vallarta and Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Gloria’s fresh, open and inviting personality along with her courageous, bold attitude and high integrity, provides great character to our team, our clients and future clients. Gloria is mother to three tremendous young men, treasures her friends and family, enjoys sports, sporting events, travelling, tennis, golf and working hard to ensure these joys continue to be a part of her life.

Paula Jamieson, Commercial Real Estate Agent, recently joined Northern Vision after several years in residential sales, specializing on the North Shore. Paula has over 20 years of business experience. Her long list of achievements include participating in Canadian Championships in golf and gymnastics giving testament to her hard work ethic and the determination that she brings to her work environment. She is also an Emily Carr College of Art and Design graduate. Paula was raised on the North Shore, has lived in Squamish and currently resides in North Vancouver. She is a mother of two incredible young adults who are both on their way in University and Sports. You can find Paula playing tennis, golf, working out, practising yoga, painting, spending time with friends and family, and travelling.
