Northern Vision Realty Advisors is a full service commercial real estate brokerage company, licensed with the Real Estate Council of B.C.   Our offices are located in Royal Square Mall on 8th and McBride Blvd.  Michael Anderson and Matt Gratton are working hard for our clients - Landlords and Tenants - throughout British Columbia.

Recent Northern Vision News:

• Ladner Gate is a new listing for Northern Vision, a 7,000 square foot building at the entrance to Ladner, British Columbia.  Pre-leasing is underway.
  
  
• Looking for space in Tsawwassen?  Michael is our local expert.  He is marketing space in Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall, Tsawwassing Shopping Centre, 5694 -12th Street, Oliva and Windsor Woods.  Various units are available.   

• Expert Hearing Solutions has opened two new locations in the last 6 months and opens at Royal Square Mall April 1, 2011.  A space on Lougheed in Burnaby is available for sub-lease one block from Brentwood Mall 

• Royal Square Mall has a 1,470 s..f and 900 s.f. unit available in the former Rogers Video has closed its dooors. Two interior spaces and second floor office spaces also available.  

• Uncle Fatih's Pizza has joined Northern Vision and will be working with us for future site selection in the Lower Mainland.  Home grown pizza freshness looking to grow in 2011.  Welcome Uncle Fatih !  

• Vivanty's Kitchen has mandated NVRA to handle their site selection as they roll out their new quick service Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner concept of  natural, healthy, freshly grown ingredients!  Welcome Vivanty's !   

• RASOEE indian kitchen has joined Northern Vision and will be working with us for future site selection in the Lower Mainland.  RASOEE is a quick service indian cuisine restaurant chain looking to grow in 2010.  Welcome RASOEE ! 

• CIBC has opened a 6,152 square foot drive thru branch at the corner of 200th and 88th in NW Langley.  

• Play N Trade has opened a new store in Campbell River's Discovery Harbour Centre and continues to do well in Courtenay, B.C. at Washingon Park Shopping Centre, a project anchored by Real Canadian Superstore, TD Bank and Tim Horton's.   The company's first store opened in Duncan Village October 2009 and is a huge success.  

• Applebee's Neighbourhood Bar and Grill  has opened their second Vancouver Island restaurant and third in British Columbia at Fitzgerald and 29th Avenue in Courtenay, B.C.  The 5,500 square foot free standing restaurant between Driftwood Mall (Zellers, London Drugs and a new 50,000 s.f. Quality Foods) and Wal-Mart anchored Ancaster Centre boasts a tremendous start and indications are that this restaurant is a community favourite as well as a destination for visitors! The chain's other locations are in Tuscany Village near the University of Victoria and in Port Coquitlam.  

• Telus Mobility, University of Victoria and South Delta Midwifery have jointed Atomic Hair Studio and Bombay Joes in the Ladner Village Inn at 4841 Delta Street.  

• Phase 3 in Shopper Drug Mart anchored Highland Village Shopping Centre (Comox) now pre-leasing.  Phase 2 comprises TD Bank, A&W Restaurants, Booster Juice and Highland Medical Clinic.  One 900 square foot space remains available.
