Northern Vision Realty Advisors is a full service real estate brokerage company, licensed with the Real Estate Council of B.C.   Our offices are located in sunny Tsawwassen, near the Ferry Terminal that serves Vancouver Island.  Michael Anderson, Gloria McQuaid and Matt Gratton are working hard for our clients - Landlords and Tenants - throughout British Columbia.

  • In Courtenay, Alberni Outpost has leased the 4,695 square foot space beside Starbucks at Safeway's Courtenay Crossing.   Grand Opening is anticipated for February 1, 2010.   Diego's Mexican Restaurant will expand and relocate into the 1,661 square foot free standing building at 1541 Cliffe Avenue in January 2010 
     
  • Free Standing Pad Drive Thru Sites now available in NW Langley near 200th and Highway 1.
     
  • Play N Trade will open its second Vancouver Island store in Washingon Park Shopping Centre, a project anchored by Real Canadian Superstore, TD Bank and Tim Horton's.   The store anticipates a March 2010 opening.   The company's first store opened in Duncan Village October 2009
     
  • 22,000 square foot Horizon at Aspen Village Shopping Centre to break ground September 2009 in Comox adjacent Quality Foods.
     
  • Applebee's Neighbourhood Bar and Grill  will open their second Vancouver Island restaurant and third in British Columbia at Fitzgerald and 29th Avenue in Courtenay, B.C.  The restaurant will be a 5,500 square foot free standing building located between Driftwood Mall (Zellers, London Drugs and a new 50,000 s.f. Quality Foods) and Wal-Mart anchored Ancaster Centre.   The chain's other locatiosn are in Tuscany Village near the University of Victoria and in Port Coquitlam.
     
  • Atomic Hair Studio will relocate and expand to 1,816 square feet with 12 stylists in the Ladner Village Inn at 4841 Delta Street, with a planned opening January 2010.   Snug Lounge opened to the public in November 2009.   Negotiations are underway for the bottom floor pub space licensed for 250 patrons.  One retail space and two finished second floor offices are available to lease. 
     
  • LifeLabs opened in November 2009 at Safeway's Courtenay Crossing.  
     
  • Phase 3 in Shopper Drug Mart anchored Highland Village Shopping Centre (Comox) now pre-leasing.  Phase 2 comprises TD Bank, A&W Restaurants, Booster Juice and Highland Medical Clinic.  One 1,950 square foot space remains available.
